How much does the subscription cost?

The Individual subscription is available for 11.99€ on a monthly basis or 9.99€ on an annual basis. The family subscription is available for 17.99€ on a monthly basis or 14.99€ on an annual basis.

Is the trial free of charge?

Of course, the trial is free of charge. During the registration you can select the option and activate it immediately. We’ll ask for your credit card details (to make sure you’re not one of the fake identities we fight every day), but you won’t be charged for the entire 14 days. At the end of the trial, if you are satisfied with the service, your subscription will automatically renew as long as you want to stay with us. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.

Which subscription should I choose?

It depends on your needs. If you only want to monitor your personal data you can choose the Individual subscription. If you also want to monitor the security of the data of those living with you, we recommend the Family subscription, so that you can enter the data of an unlimited number of members and extend the benefits of the service to them, provided that they are part of the family household.

Which subscription should I choose?

Can I add members to my subscription?

Of course! With the Family subscription you can protect the personal data of the family household members and monitor the security of their personal information. You can add additional members at any time via your member area.

I'have been infected by Malware, what do I do?

Oops… it’s better to explore! You can immediately check the security level of your data, e.g. your email address. If you are a subscriber, you can contact us right away and receive assistance. If you’re not a subscriber, you you might take a look at our subscription and discover all the benefits of being part of our community.

When will I be charged?

The payment is charged every 30 days from the time of subscription with monthly formula. The Annual subscription payment, instead, is made in full at the time of subscription.



How does legal protection work?

Our subscription includes Legal Protection in the event of damage suffered as a result of a breach of your personal data or the illegal activation of an e-mail account and/or profile on a social networks. You can request Legal Advice by telephone, by calling the toll-free number 800849090 to obtain legal advice, clarification of law, decrees and regulations in force, prior consultation and assistance. Subsequently, if the conditions are met, you will receive Legal Protection from a consultant and Insurance Cover as per the contract.

What is included in the insurance policy?

The policy protects your rights in the event that you have suffered a cyber-attack and a subsequent damage due to a personal data breach or illegal activation of an email account and/or a social network profile.

What expenses are covered?

Legal, out-of-court and judicial expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €10,000 per claim covered by the insurance. These include: the services of a lawyer appointed to handle the insurance case, the services of a court-appointed expert or technical advisor and/or a a Party-appointed Technical Consultant (PTC), the costs of investigating people, property and the reasons of the claim, and the preparation of legal documentation such as complaints, claims and applications to the judicial authorities.
